School Accountability Reports and Policies

School Accountability Report Card (SARC)   

The School Accountability Report Card (SARC), which is required by law to be published annually, contains information about the condition and performance of each California public school. For additional information about the school, parents and community members should contact the school Director, Cassandra Bridge.

Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)

The LCAP is an an important component of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Under the LCFF, all public schools are required to prepare an LCAP, which describes how they intend to meet annual goals for all students, with specific activities to address state and local priorities identified. Allowable expenditures may include the purchase of supplemental materials and expenses that support paraprofessionals and resource teachers.

Education Protection Account (EPA)

The State Controller calculates the amount given to the school each fiscal year. MBCS designates the 2017-18 funds to be used solely for instructional, non-administrative expenses per School Board resolution on June 20, 2017.
