MBCS provides student supplies that are consistent with the Waldorf method such as main lesson books, art materials, and other materials appropriate for each grade. The school buys these quality supplies in bulk to keep costs down, which also makes it easier for parents.

Musical Instruments

The wind instrument (typically a wood recorder) is purchased by the school for each new child and parents are asked to reimburse the school for this cost ($35). The family owns the recorder and the student will use their recorder through Eighth grade.

Violins are owned by MBCS and loaned to students starting in Fourth grade when strings instruction begins. Violins are turned in at the end of each year, however, may be kept through the summer if a deposit is left with the school.
